The Print from Preview Window dialog box is shown when selecting the Print button in the Preview window. This dialog box allows the current page, all pages or a range of pages to be printed or saved to a disk file or the Tabs3 DropBox.

The OK button can be used to continue after selecting which pages to print or save to a disk file. If you selected the File option, the standard Windows Print to File dialog box will be displayed, allowing you to specify the file name and location. Long file names are allowed.

The Cancel button can be used to close the dialog box without printing information.

Note: You cannot change the printer or the printer's setup options from this window. If you want to change the printer, make sure you close the Preview window first. This is because any changes made to Printer Setup will not be available for reports that were processed before the changes were made.

Note: When selecting the Excel File option from the Print from Preview window, the generated file will be output as shown in the Preview window. However, when selecting to save to an Excel file via the Print dialog box, the generated file will be output without page breaks, page numbers, and continuation page headings, thereby making it easier to work with the file in Excel.
