The Email Template Lookup window includes information regarding the email templates that have been defined in the Email Templates window. The following columns are included in the Email Template Lookup window:

Def

The label "Def" is an abbreviation for "Default." This column indicates which email template has been defined as the default template for new Bill To records. The default email template will have a "D" (Default) in the "Def" column.

The default email template is designated by selecting the Use as default Email Template for new Bill To records check box in the Email Templates window.
ID This column shows the Template ID for each email template.
Description This column shows the Description that has been defined for each email template.
