Maximum of 20 characters. Spaces are not allowed. The Template ID is a unique identifier for the email template. This Template ID will be used to select the template when adding Bill To records for contacts who will receive email statements.

The button can be used to open the Email Template lookup window that allows you to view a list of email templates and select any email template by double-clicking it.

Note: Once defined, the Template ID cannot be changed.
