The Billing Frequency Lookup window includes information on the billing frequencies that have been defined in the Billing Frequency window. The following columns are included in the Billing Frequency Lookup window:

Def The label "Def" is an abbreviation for "Default." This column indicates which billing frequency has been defined as the default billing frequency. The default billing frequency will have a "D" (Default) in the "Def" column. Only one billing frequency can be configured as the default billing frequency.
ID This column shows the Billing Frequency ID for each billing frequency.
Rpt This column shows the Report Character that has been defined for each billing frequency. The report character prints at the end of the Client ID on billing statements and most reports.
Description This column shows the Description that has been defined for each billing frequency.

Multiple Selection Lookup Window

If more than one record can be selected in a lookup window, the left-most column will show a for each selected record. Clicking on a row will select or clear the check mark. You can also right-click in the list to access options to Select All and Clear All records.
