Account mappings provide a link between Tabs3 information for a specific primary timekeeper and GLS accounts whenever the Post Tabs3/TAS Accrual Balances program is run in GLS.

Primary Timekeeper Enter the Tabs3 timekeeper to specify accrual information for. The button can be used to open the timekeeper lookup window allowing you to view a list of existing timekeepers and select any timekeeper by double-clicking it.

The GLS Accrual Information button can be used to open a GLS Accounts Table for Accrual Posting - Timekeeper window for the timekeeper specified in the Primary Timekeeper field.

Note: Changing the account numbers after balances have been posted will cause adjustments to be made the next time the Post Tabs3/TAS Accrual Balances program in GLS is run.
