The following is a list of toolbar buttons found in the Email Preview window and Email Templates window. The buttons are dimmed on the toolbar until the cursor is in the Email Body field.

Bold The Bold button or Ctrl+B turns the bold attribute on or off for the selected text or at the cursor position.
Italic The Italic button or Ctrl+I turns the italic attribute on or off for the selected text or at the cursor position.
Underline The Underline button or Ctrl+U turns the underline attribute on or off for the selected text or at the cursor position.
Align Left The Align Left button left justifies the selected paragraph(s) or the paragraph in which the cursor is located.
Center The Center button centers the selected paragraph(s) or the paragraph in which the cursor is located.
Align Right The Align Right button right justifies the selected paragraph(s) or the paragraph in which the cursor is located.
Numbering The Numbering button turns numbering on or off for the selected paragraph(s) or the paragraph in which the cursor is located.
Bullets The Bullets button turns bullets on or off for the selected paragraph(s) or the paragraph in which the cursor is located.
Decrease Indent The Decrease Indent button reduces the amount of indentation for the selected paragraph(s) or the paragraph in which the cursor is located.
Increase Indent The Increase Indent button increases the amount of indentation for the selected paragraph(s) or the paragraph in which the cursor is located.
Hyperlink The Hyperlink button can be used to display a Hyperlink dialog allowing you to insert a hyperlink in the email template Body field.
Font Selection The Font Selection button displays a Font window allowing you to specify the Font, Style, Size and Effect for the selected text or at the cursor position.
Spell Check The Spell Check button opens the Check Spelling window and begins to spell check the email template Body field.
