Summary
When creating an email template, keep in mind that the variables will be replaced. When used properly, variables are a powerful tool to ensure that each client receives unique information without having to manually enter client-specific data for each email.
To confirm how the variable will be replaced, run a final statement for a client and preview the email in the Email Statements window. If you do not want the final statement to be processed, unbill the final statement, which will remove the email message from the Email Statements window.
