The OK button can be used to display the Print dialog box allowing you to print, preview or save the report. When displayed using the Preview option, you can drill down to individual client records and PDF statements directly from the Preview window.
The Cancel button can be used to close the Email Statements Report window.
The Load and Save buttons are used in conjunction with Tabs3's report definitions.
Note: Statements that have been emailed, but have subsequently been unupdated, will appear on the Email Statements Report with the PDF File Name and Stmt Date fields struck through, to indicate that the PDF file was deleted.
Note: PDF statements are stored in a Statements folder within the current working directory, in a statement date folder using a YYYYMMDD folder naming convention. If you move, rename, or delete these files or folders, you will not be able to drill down to the PDF statements from this report.
