QBXML Format

The QBXML Format provides a dynamic method of integration that supports two-way integration for clients and costs as well as one-way automatic integration for journal entries.

Integration from Tabs3 to QuickBooks is automatic. Whenever a client or cost is added to Tabs3, a corresponding record is automatically added to QuickBooks. Additionally, after adding a cost or payment record in Tabs3, the QuickBooks General Journal Entry window is displayed allowing detailed journal entries to be posted directly to QuickBooks. Integration from QuickBooks to Tabs3 is performed on demand. Running the Merge QuickBooks Data with Tabs3 program in Tabs3 will transfer all new client and cost entries in QuickBooks to Tabs3.
