Select this check box if you want to print only the first matter for a client that meets your criteria when multiple matters for the client are present. For example, if you select this option and have a client 545.00 with matters 545.01, 545.02, and 545.03, and all matters meet your criteria, only 545.00 will be selected. If selection criteria are specified, Tabs3 checks each matter for the specified criteria. For example, in the example above, if the criteria specified excludes 545.00 and 545.01 but matches 545.02 and 545.03, only 542.02 will be printed.

Clear this check box if you want to print all matters for a client.

Note: The "Client" terminology can be changed in Customization. This terminology is used on all menus, windows, and reports. However, the label "Client" is used in all documentation.
