The Clients group box on the Options tab of the A/R by Timekeeper Report lets you specify which clients you want included on the report. The following options are included in this group box:
Include Clients whose Timekeeper's fees are more than # days past due
The aging periods defined on the Options
tab in Customization will be included in the drop-down list. Select "0" (zero) if you want
all clients to print, or select the minimum age of past due clients that you want included on the report.
For example, if you select "60", only those clients with past due amounts 61 days or older will
be selected.
Note: This option will be unavailable if the Include Clients that have $0.00 in past due fees for that Timekeeper option is selected.
Note: Only clients that are configured for Receipt Allocation by Invoice will be displayed when this option in selected. Whenever clients are excluded from the report because of this setting, the following note will be shown at the end of the report: "Note: Matters not configured for Receipt Allocation by Invoice have been excluded."
and that past due fee amount is at least $xxxx
0.00 - 99,999,999.99. Negative balances are not allowed. This option is available only if the above
Include Clients whose Timekeeper's fees are more than # days past due has an aging period other than 0 specified.
If you specify a dollar amount in this option, the client will be selected only if the past due amount
for the above specified aging period and later aging periods is equal to or greater than the specified
amount. For example, let's say a client has $200 that is 91 days past due and $200 that is 121 days past due (all billed by a specific timekeeper). If you specify
90 days for the above option and $300 for this option, the client would be selected because the balance
due that is 91 days and greater is $400, which is more than the $300 minimum amount specified. A popup calculator is available when editing this field.
and the total past due fee amount for the Timekeeper is at least $xxxx
0.00 - 99,999,999.99. Negative balances are not allowed. If you specify a dollar amount in this option,
the client will be selected only if the client's total past due fee amount is equal to or greater than the specified
amount. For example, if you enter $500.00, then only clients who have $500.00 or more in fee accounts receivable for that timekeeper will be included on the report. This feature makes it easy to filter clients with larger accounts receivable
balances. A popup calculator is available when editing this field.
Only include clients that have no payments in the last xxx days
Maximum of 3 digits (0-999). If you enter "0", no clients will be excluded from the report
based on their last payment date. Enter a number from 1-999 if you want to exclude clients from the report
that have made a payment within the specified number of days. For example, if you enter "90",
all clients who have made a payment in the last 90 days before the report date will be excluded from the
report. Only clients who have a balance and have not made a payment in the last 90 days will be included
on the report.
Note: This option is quite useful for printing a report of clients with aged receivables who have not been making payments. The example above would yield a list of all clients who have a balance due who have not made a payment in three months.
Include Clients that have $0.00 in past due fees for that Timekeeper
Select this check box if you want clients with a zero accounts receivable balance in fees for the specified timekeeper to be included on
the report. A client with no fee balance for the specified timekeeper must have at least one fee assigned to that timekeeper in order to be included on the report.
Clear this check box if you want clients with a zero fee balance to be excluded from the report.
Note: This option will be unavailable if the Include clients whose Timekeeper's fees are more than # days past due option is greater than 0. Likewise, this option will be unavailable if an amount greater than $0.00 is specified for the and the total past due fee amount for the Timekeeper is at least $xxxx option.
Note: Both this check box and the Work-in-Process Fees check box on the Format tab must be selected in order to display clients who have work-in-process fees but no A/R balance for the specified timekeeper.
Note: The "Client" and "Timekeeper" terminology can be changed in Customization. This terminology is used on all menus, windows, and reports. However, the labels "Client" and “Timekeeper” are used in all documentation.
