| Undo Single vs. Undo Multiple Updated Statements |
The following is a list of differences between the Undo Single Updated Statement and Undo Multiple Updated Statements programs:
Undo Single Updated Statement
- You must undo updated statements one at a time.
- You must specify a Client ID and a Statement Number. Clicking the drop-down arrow next to the Statement Number field allows you to select the statement number from a Statement Ledger Lookup window.
- Once a Client ID and Statement Number are specified, the Statement Ledger information is displayed in the Statement Information area including Statement Date, Fees, Expenses, Advances, Finance Charge, Fee Tax, Expense Tax, Advance Tax, and Payment amounts.
- If an updated statement cannot be unupdated, a message is automatically displayed.
Undo Multiple Updated Statements
- You can undo multiple updated statements with the same statement date at one time.
- You must specify a Statement Date.
- Once the statement date is specified, you can filter which statements are processed by specifying a range of clients, name search, primary timekeeper, secondary timekeeper, originating timekeeper, and category.
- Statement Information is not displayed when using the Undo Multiple Updated Statements program like it is when using the Undo Single Updated Statement program.
- If an updated statement cannot be unupdated, a message is displayed in the Undo Updated Statements Error Log once the Undo Multiple Updated Statements program is closed.
