Select the Subtotal check box if you want a subtotal to print each time the 3rd Sort Order changes. For example, if Transaction Type is selected for the 3rd Sort Order, a separate subtotal for fees, expenses, advances, and payments will print if the Subtotal check box is selected. The 3rd Sort Order label will be indented and bolded if the selected printer is configured to print variable font sizes in the Advanced Printing Features.

Clear this check box if you do not want the list to include subtotals for the 3rd Sort Order.

Note: If you select the Subtotal check box for the 2nd Sort Order, then the Subtotal check box for the 1st Sort Order will automatically be selected. You must subtotal on the 1st Sort Order if you want to subtotal on the 2nd Sort Order. Likewise, you must subtotal on the 2nd Sort Order if you want to subtotal on the 3rd Sort Order.

This option is ignored if an Export Data Format is selected.
