Maximum of 3 digits (1-999). Each timekeeper whose time is billed must be assigned a number to be used when making fee transactions. Timekeepers can optionally be specified for cost transactions as well.

The maximum number of timekeepers allowed in your version of Tabs3 can be found in the About Tabs3 window.

The button can be used to open the Timekeeper Lookup window that allows you to view a list of timekeepers and select any timekeeper by double-clicking it.

Note: The "Timekeeper" terminology can be changed in Customization. This terminology is used on all menus, windows, and reports. However, the label "Timekeeper" is used in all documentation.
