Select WordPerfect Mail Merge if you want the information saved to a WordPerfect merge file. This file can be used with WordPerfect to print labels. The WordPerfect Output Format is used for files that will be imported into WordPerfect. Each client record is separated by a Merge E (^E followed by a hard page break). Each field is separated by a Merge R (^R followed by a hard return).

Note: The City, State and Zip fields are combined into one field with no comma.

Note: We are not aware of any version of WordPerfect that is incompatible with this file format.

Note: When generating Client Labels with the Export option selected, the Email Address shown on the Address tab of the Client Information window is automatically included in the export file as the last field for each client.
