Select Comma Quote Delimited if you want the information saved to a standard comma quote delimited ASCII text file. This file can be used with a third-party labels program. The output file consists of one client record per line. Each field within a record begins following the end of the previous field and is separated by a comma. Each field is enclosed within double quotation marks.

Note: The City, State, and Zip fields are combined into one field with no comma.

Note: The use of double quotation marks in Tabs3 data may cause problems for the software that will be used to work with the ASCII file.

Note: When generating Client Labels with the Export option selected, the Email Address shown on the Address tab of the Client Information window is automatically included in the export file as the last field for each client.
