| Two-Across |
Select Two-across if you will be using "two-across" laser labels. The Two-across option is designed for 1 by 4 inch labels with 20 labels to a sheet and no space between labels. Each sheet is designed to have a 1/2 inch top and bottom margin and a 1/4 inch left and right margin.
Note: Use the Avery Laser option if your laser label forms have a column (i.e., an unusable area or "gutter") in the center between the two columns of labels.
Note: When labels are printed using the Two-across output format, a maximum of 5 lines of information can be included. Thus, if all address lines are used (including the Country field), the Country will be excluded from the label.
Note: When printing "two-across" laser labels, use the default margins for your selected printer. If you need to make adjustments, use the Printer Offset Adjustment to make the adjustment instead of the Margins because the Printer Offset Adjustment adjusts the entire printed page. You may want to set up a special Windows printer for labels.
