Select Avery Laser if you will be using Avery laser labels. The following Avery labels will work with this option:

Avery 5261      20 1" x 4" White Laser Labels, 25 sheets, 500 labels

Avery 5161      20 1" x 4" White Laser Labels, 100 sheets, 2000 labels

Avery 5961      20 1" x 4" White Laser Labels, 250 sheets, 5000 labels

Avery 8161      20 1" x 4" White Ink Jet Labels, 25 sheets, 500 labels

Note: Try using the Two-across option if your laser label forms have 2 columns of labels with no space between the columns.

Note: When labels are printed using the Avery Laser Output Format, a maximum of 5 lines of information can be included. Thus, if all address lines are used (including the Country field), the Country will be excluded from the label.

Note: When printing Avery Laser Labels, use the default margins for your selected printer. If you need to make adjustments, use the Printer Offset Adjustment to make the adjustment instead of the Margins because the Printer Offset Adjustment adjusts the entire printed page. You may want to set up a special Windows printer for printing laser labels.
