The Generate Statements Print dialog box allows you to choose the desired output device when printing final statements in Tabs3 Billing. The default output option is the last output option selected by the workstation in any of the software. Output options include:
Printer/Email Statements Window
Click on the areas of the window shown below where 
appears for additional help.
Tabs3 Note: Email statements are only created when running final statements. As a result, when running draft statements, the standard Print Dialog options will be displayed. The difference is that the first option in the standard Print Dialog is Printer; whereas the first option when running final statements is Printer/Email Statements Window as shown above. This visual cue helps to remind you that email statements will not be created when running draft statements.
