A pre-bill can be rerun before generating a final statement, and a final statement can be rerun prior to running Update Statements.

   To rerun a statement:

  1. In the Quick Launch, search for and select “Pre-Bill Tracking.”
  2. Click the date hyperlink in the Pre-Bill column to open the associated pre-bill in the Statement Information window.

    Click the date hyperlink in the Final column to open the associated final statement in the Statement Information window.

Note: Generating a new pre-bill or final statement using the Generate Statements utility will overwrite the current pre-bill or final statement. When using Pre-Bill Tracking, pre-bills must be rerun from the Pre-Bill Tracking window, final statements must be generated from pre-bills via the Pre-Bill Tracking window, and final statements must be rerun from the Pre-Bill Tracking window.
