The Billing History is optional and is printed at the end of the statement following the Past Due Message (if selected). The Billing History consists of the total billed fees, hours, expenses, advances, finance charge, write offs and payments as well as the amounts billed on the current statement. Hours are optional. All billed amounts are included regardless of date ranges specified on the statement. The Payments figure includes all processed payments as well as work-in-process payments within the range of payment dates and transaction codes selected for the statement. The Billing History column headings and the Billing History heading can be changed on Lines 48-55 of the Terminology tab of Statement Customization.

Note: When expenses and advances are combined on the statement, they are combined under the Expenses column (line 51) and the Advances column (line 52) is excluded.

The options for Billing History consist of Include History, Include History and Hours, and None.

Include History

Select this option if you want the Billing History included on the statement. The following is an example of the optional Billing History.
