The Left field works together with the Top field to control the placement of the current element on the page layout. Enter the distance from the left edge of the page layout that you want the element to print, in thousandths of an inch. For example, if you enter 0.750, the left edge of the element will appear three quarters of an inch from the left edge of the page layout.
