| Reverse Case |
The Reverse Case menu option on the shortcut menu changes lowercase letters in the selected text to uppercase and vice versa. This option is particularly useful if the Caps Lock option on the keyboard is inadvertently turned on while typing a description. By selecting the text and clicking the Reverse Case option, the case will be corrected.
For example, let's say the following text was entered: "oFFICE CONFERENCE WITH mR. bURNS REGARDING CASE." You could fix this by highlighting the text and selecting the Reverse Case option. The capitalization of the text would then be corrected and would appear as follows: "Office conference with Mr. Burns regarding case."
Note: Other attributes such as bold, italic, underline, or statement comments will be removed when the case is reversed.
