Creating a New Report Definition Based on an Existing Report Definition

 

   To create a report definition based on an existing report definition

1. Select the report program whose report definition you want to use as a basis for a new report definition.
2. Click Load and select the report definition.
3. Make the desired changes.
4. Click Save.
5. The Save Report Definition dialog box will be displayed. Enter the desired File Name and Description for the new report definition.
6. Click OK to save the report definition. The next time the Report Definition List is displayed, both the new report definition and the report definition used as a basis will be included in the list.
