To add a new report definition

  1. Select the report program that you want to create the report definition for.
  2. Select all options for the report.
  3. Click Save.
  4. The Save Report Definition dialog box will be displayed. Enter the desired File Name and Description.
  5. Click OK to save the report definition. The next time the Report Definition List is displayed, the new report definition will be included.
