This program is used to change a category number to another number. Up to 5 categories can be renumbered at the same time. Information in the category, client, fee, archive and productivity files is affected.
Caution: It is important to back up your data prior to running this program. If this program is interrupted for any reason, it will be necessary to restore your data files and rerun this program. You will be given the opportunity to make a temporary backup immediately after selecting this program.
Enter the following information for each category you want to renumber:
The OK button can be used to begin the renumber process. During the renumber process, progress meters are displayed to indicate the progress of change.
The Cancel button can be used to close the Renumber Category window.
