Maximum of 3 digits (1-999). Enter the category number that you want to change. Only existing category numbers can be entered. After the category number is entered, the category's name will be displayed.

The button can be used to open the Category Lookup window that allows you to view a list of categories and select any category by double-clicking it.

Right-clicking this field displays a shortcut menu that allows easy access to the Category program for adding or editing purposes.
