Each client is assigned a Date Opened and Date Closed on the Address tab of the Client file. Select the desired option.

All Click All if you want to include all clients regardless of open and close dates.
Specific Click Specific if you want to specify a range of open dates or close dates. When the Specific option is selected, the Select Dates button will be available. Click this button to select the date ranges to include.

Selecting Specific Date Ranges

After clicking the Select Dates button, the Select Date Range window will be opened, allowing you to specify a range of Open Dates and Close Dates. You can also specify whether to include clients with or without a Close Date.

Open Date

Enter the range of open dates you want to use to select the clients. For example, to include clients opened in 2026, enter an Open Date range of "01/01/2026" through "12/31/2026."

The button can be used to open a Calendar window that allows you to select a date.

Close Date

Include Clients with a Close Date

Select the Include Clients with a Close Date check box to include closed clients. When this option is selected, the date range selection boxes are available. Enter the range of close dates you want to use to select the clients.

Include Clients without a Close Date

Select the Include Clients without a Close Date check box to include open clients.

Note: At least one of the Close Date options must be selected. If both options are selected, a combination of open and closed clients will be included.
