| Perform Split Billing Status Window |
The status window for the Perform Split Billing program shows the final record count. This number represents the total number of new transactions after the split. For example, if a client has 2 fee transactions and is configured to split with one other client, after adjusting, the number of new transactions will be 4.
The status window also includes an Abort button that can be used to stop the process once it has started. Aborting the process stops it at a safe point; however, doing so does not cancel any adjustments already made. If you click Abort, you will be asked to confirm that you want to abort the task.
Note: If you abort the process, we recommend you print the Perform Split Billing Verification List to determine which transactions were adjusted and which were not. The option to print the Split Billing Verification List will be displayed upon exiting the Perform Split Billing program.
