Keep in mind the following when transferring all client information to a third party practice management system:

If one of the following fields in the Tabs3 client record has an asterisk in the first character position: Miscellaneous Line 1, Miscellaneous Line 2, Miscellaneous Line 3, or Work Description, then the transfer program ignores the asterisk and transfers the remaining characters. (Note: An asterisk in the first character position of these fields indicates the line is not to print on a Tabs3 billing statement.)
If a user is not assigned to an access profile that has the PracticeMaster Synchronization access right enabled, the user will not be able to use the Transfer All Clients to Practice Management program. These rights are assigned in System Configuration (File | Open | Access Profile | Tabs3 | Dictionary Maintenance/Integration | PracticeMaster Synchronization).
