Tabs3 Pay Account

Select the Tabs3 Pay account you want to use for the merchant account. If you signed up for Tabs3 Pay in Version 2026 (Build 26.1.19) or prior, and have more than one merchant account to use, click the Add link and paste the API Key for the account you want to add. See Knowledge Base Article R11869, “Configuring Tabs3 Pay,” for the steps needed to obtain your Tabs3 Pay API Key. If you signed up for Tabs3 Pay in Version 2026 (Build 26.1.20) or later and want to use more than one merchant account, contact Tabs3 Support for assistance.

If you signed up for Tabs3 Pay in Version 2026 (Build 26.1.20) or later, this field displays the current status of your Tabs3 Pay account. The following values can be displayed in this field:

• Approved
• Pending
• Application in Process

For additional information about your account status, click the link text at the top of the Tabs3 Pay tab of Customization. If you signed up for Tabs3 Pay in Version 2026 (Build 26.1.19) or prior, this field is not displayed.

Use For

Select Firm if you want to use this merchant account as a firm-level account.

Note: You cannot select this option if there is an existing firm-level merchant account.

Select Location if you want to assign this merchant account to a Location. You can then select the location to use in the field below.

Select Timekeeper if you want to assign this merchant account to a Timekeeper.

Location

This field is shown if Location is selected in the Use For field. Specify the location you want to use for this merchant account.

Primary Timekeeper

This field is shown if Timekeeper is selected in the Use For field. Specify the timekeeper you want to use for this merchant account.
