An inactive contact is a contact whose Inactive check box is selected in the Contact file. Inactive contacts can optionally be filtered from the Contacts list by selecting the Active Only option in the Contact List group of the Quick Clicks pane, or from the Contact Lookup window by toggling the Show Inactive check box.
