The Import Tabs3 Pay Payment window is displayed when a payment or trust deposit being created from Import Online Payments window does not have a client associated. This typically occurs when a payment is entered directly in the Tabs3 Pay™ portal, rather than using a Payment Link. Specify the client matter or trust account to continue the import process.

The Import Tabs3 Pay Payments window consists of the following fields:

Payment Information

Displays the type of credit card or eCheck, the last four digits of the credit card or bank account number, the Tabs3 Pay reference number, and any note specified when entering the payment.

Tip: If you provide a link for clients to pay directly using Tabs3 Pay, ask them to specify distinguishing information (such as a Client ID or statement number) in the Note field.

Client or Trust Account

Client ID or Trust ID

Specify the Client ID or Trust Account where the payment will be applied.

Note: If a payment method has previously been used with a specific Client ID or Trust Account, that Client ID or Trust Account will be selected by default during future imports.

Bank #

For trust deposit payments, the Bank Account associated with the merchant account is displayed.

Click Import to import this payment for the specified client or trust account.

Click Cancel to close this window without importing this payment.
