A running balance is shown below the table of journal entries.
- When the transaction is in balance, the label Balanced is displayed. Additionally, the total Debits and Credits are shown below the table.
- When the transaction is not in balance, the label Difference is displayed. Additionally, the amount that is out of balance is shown below the appropriate column. For example, if the Debit column has journal entries totaling "300.00", and the Credit column has entries totaling "400.00", then the Difference will show "100.00" below the Debit column.
