DATENUM( ) DATENUM(date_exp$)

 

Date Function Returns a Numeric Value
Returns the date value of date_exp$. If date_exp$ is blank, returns the current system date.

Examples:

DATENUM( )

Returns 06/16/2026 if the current system date is 06/16/2026.

DATENUM("12/15/2026")

Returns 12/15/2026.
