| Line 25 |
Expenses is printed on the statement as a heading for the expenses section of the statement. The heading is centered unless the code "\L" is entered at the beginning of the text which will cause the heading to print left justified. The date codes "\S", "\B" and "\E" can be used anywhere in the text to print the respective date specified (i.e., "\S" = Statement Date, "\B" = Beginning Cost Date and "\E" = Ending Cost Date). The format "MM/DD/YYYY" is used for the date codes. You can increment or decrement the date by adding the number of days you want to increment after the date code, or adding a minus sign (-) and the number of days you want to decrement after the date code. For example, "\S30" would increment the date by 30 days and "\S-30" would decrement the date by 30 days. This heading only prints if expenses are billed for the client. Leave this line blank if you do not want a heading to print for the expenses section of the statement. The "\#" code can be used anywhere in the text to print the Client ID. The code "\%" can be used anywhere in the text to print the courtesy discount percentage. Maximum of 60 characters.
If the Total Advances line (i.e., Line 28) only contains an "*" in the first character position, then both expenses and advances will be combined on the statement and this heading will be used on the statement for the combined items.
Note: If this line includes the "\B" or "\E" date code and no beginning cost date or ending cost date is specified when statements are run, nothing will be printed for the date.
