Attn: will print followed by the contact name if a contact name is entered in the Contact Name field in the Client file. To suppress this line, on the Billing Preferences tab of the Client file, select the Bill To record you want to change and click Edit. In the Bill To Record window, clear the Include Attention line on statement check box and click OK. The Attn: line is printed following a blank line after the city, state, zip line on statements and envelopes. Maximum of 60 characters.

Enter the "+" character in the first position of this field if you want the Attn: line to print before the client name as recommended by the U.S. Postal Service.

Note: If using a Statement Designer layout, the Attn: label will print where the @attentionLabel field is placed on the layout, and the contact name specified will print where the @attentionLine field is placed. If these fields are not present on the layout, the attention line will not be included on the statement.
