Balance: Maximum of 14 characters. This line prints as a heading for the Balance column on the detail and summary cover statements.

Formatting: Text in this field can be formatted to include bold, italic and underline attributes. These formatting attributes can be cleared by selecting the Clear Attributes option from the shortcut menu. The case of the selected text can be reversed by selecting the Reverse Case option from the shortcut menu.

Text Macros: This field allows the use of text macros. Various text macro options can be accessed via the shortcut menu.
