This option is available for both Summary and Detail reports.

Select the Include Credit Balance Matters check box if you want to include client matters that have a negative balance. When performing collections, you typically are not interested in these clients, but in the event you are comparing totals, it may be useful to include these clients.

Clear the Include Credit Balance Matters check box if you do not want clients with a negative balance due to be included on the report.
