The Address Details window is displayed when entering an address for a secure client or a client in matter mode and the software is unable to determine the city, state, and zip code, or when the Details button is clicked when viewing a secure client or a client in matter mode. This window consists of seven fields that store address information for the secure client.

Note: Use the Enter key instead of the Tab key between address lines. Otherwise, the following message will be displayed, "A city, state, and zip code could not be determined. Please confirm the Address Details," Use the Tab key to tab out of the address block.
