This area lets you specify the time period that the report will include.

Date

This field determines the time period used for the report. Type the first letter of the time period or select it from the drop-down list. Valid time periods for this report include:

  • All
  • Today
  • Current Reporting Month
  • Current Calendar Month
  • Current Reporting Month Prior Year
  • Current Calendar Month Prior Year
  • Current Quarter
  • Current Reporting Year
  • Current Calendar Year
  • Prior Reporting Month
  • Prior Calendar Month
  • Prior Reporting Month Prior Year
  • Prior Calendar Month Prior Year
  • Prior Quarter
  • Prior Reporting Year
  • Prior Calendar Year
  • Custom
From and To

After selecting the desired time period, the associated beginning and ending dates will be displayed in the From and To fields. These dates can be modified as desired. Changing the From or To date will automatically change the specified time period to "Custom".

The button can be used to open a Calendar window that allows you to select a date.
