To change an existing text macro

  1. From the Maintenance menu, click Text Macro Maintenance.
  2. Click the Macro ID button and select the desired text macro.
  3. Make the desired changes to the text.
  4. Click on the toolbar to save the new text macro.

Note: Changing a text macro will not affect any text that was created using this text macro.

Note: The Macro ID field cannot be changed. However, you can copy the macro using the following steps. First, copy the macro text to the clipboard. Then, add a new macro with the desired Macro ID. Paste the contents of the clipboard into the text field of the new macro and then save this macro. Finally, delete the original macro.
