Text macros consist of a Macro ID and associated replacement text. Whenever the Macro ID is typed followed by a space, it is automatically replaced with the associated text. The Text Macro Maintenance window allows you to add new text macros as well as change or delete existing text macros. There is no limit to the number of text macros that can be defined. The following fields are defined for each text macro:
