Up to 9 different sort orders can be selected for any batch of labels.

Select the Sort on this Field check box if you want to specify this field as a sort criterion. The Select check box must be selected in order to specify this field as a sort criterion. When you close this window, the sort number will be displayed in the Sort column indicating that the field will be used to sort the labels and the order in which it will be used for sorting purposes.

Clear the Sort on this Field check box if you do not want this field to be used as a sort criterion.
