Example: Suppose you wanted to generate labels for the following Client ID ranges: 301-350, 805-820 and 910-925. To do this, double-click the Client field in the list of fields. When the Field Options window is displayed, enter 301 for the Lower Limit and 350 for the Upper Limit. Click OK. The client range specified will be displayed next to the Client field in the list of fields. Immediately below this, the Client field will be listed an additional time with no ranges. Double-click this field. When the Field Options window is displayed, enter 805 for the Lower Limit and 820 for the Upper Limit. Click OK. The Client field will now be displayed three times: once showing the range 301-350, once showing the range 805-820 and once with no range. Double-click the Client field with no range specified. When the Field Options window is displayed, enter 910 for the Lower Limit and 925 for the Upper limit. Click OK. The Client will be displayed four times in the list of fields: once for each of the three ranges and once with no range. If desired, you could then generate the labels for the ranges selected, select additional ranges of clients or select ranges for any other fields.
