Select this check box if you only want one label to print for a client with multiple matters. For example, if you select this option and have a client 545.00 with matters 545.01, 545.02, and 545.03, a label will be printed for client 545.00 only. If selection criteria are specified, Tabs3 checks each matter for the specified criteria. For example, in the example above, if the criteria specified excludes 545.00 and 545.01 but matches 545.02 and 545.03, a label will be printed for client 545.02 only.

Clear this check box if you want labels to be printed for all clients and matters within the range selected. If this option is cleared, labels will be printed for each matter (i.e., 545.00, 545.01, 545.02 and 545.03).
