The Address Print Position for envelopes has a Horizontal and Vertical setting. Both settings use inches as the unit of measurement and allow a minimum of 0.000 and a maximum of 9.999.

Horizontal This setting determines the position from the left edge of the envelope where the address will begin printing (regardless of whether the Paper Orientation is portrait or landscape).
Vertical This setting determines the position from the top of the envelope where the address will begin printing (regardless of whether the Paper Orientation is portrait or landscape).

Tip: For example, you might try 3.750 for Horizontal and 2.000 for Vertical as a starting point when printing on standard business envelopes (i.e., 4 1/8" x 9 1/2").

The margins defined in Page Setup do not apply when printing envelopes.

Note: If the Enable Statement Designer Layouts check box is selected and a valid envelope layout is assigned in the Envelope field for the statement template, the Address Print Position is ignored when printing envelopes.
