Tabs3 gives you the ability to add statement comments to the transaction Description fields. Statement comment text will be displayed in red on the screen but when printed it will print with a strikethrough character on draft statements as shown in the following example:

     

Statement comments will not print on final statements but will print on reports (i.e., Verification List, Detail Work-In-Process Report, and optionally on the Detail Transaction File List). Statement templates can be configured to include statement comments on draft statements. Statement comment attributes can be turned on or off via the Edit menu or the shortcut menu in the Description fields.
