This option controls whether separate PDF files are reprinted for each client or a comprehensive single PDF file is printed for the entire batch of statements. The Individual PDF for each Statement option is only used when selecting to reprint statements to the Tabs3 DropBox, or when printing to a File with a type of PDF.

Select this check box if you want to reprint an individual PDF file for each statement. This feature is especially useful if you are emailing reprinted statements to clients, or would like to retain a copy of the statements in your document management system.

When this option is selected, a unique file name for each statement is generated based on the client number and statement number. Additionally, a separate PDF Statement Summary file will be created that lists all of the PDF files created, and includes the statement run totals, if this option is selected.

Clear this check box if you want to reprint a single PDF file for all statements in the batch.

Note: Reprinted statements are not displayed in the Email Statements window.

Note: Printing from the Preview window is not allowed when this option is selected.

Tip: Using the Tabs3 DropBox, it is easy to create an email with the file attached.
