| Adjustment |
The following information is displayed in the Adjustment section:
| Adjust Original Date by |
Enter the number of days, weeks, months or years by which you want the original date adjusted. A range of -99 to 999 is allowed. Entering a positive number will calculate a date in the future, whereas entering a negative number will calculate a date in the past. A popup calculator is available when editing this field. The "<" and ">" keys can be used to increase or decrease the number by one at a time. |
Note: Instead of specifying an adjustment value and letting the software calculate a date, you can also click a date in the Calculated Date Calendar and let the software calculate the adjustment. This reverse calculation capability can be useful if you want to save the interval in a QuickDate for future use.
| Days, Weeks, Months, Years | Select the interval type of Days, Weeks, Months or Years by clicking the desired interval. This interval is used in conjunction with the Adjust Original Date by value. |
| Count Weekend Days | This option is available only when an interval type of Days is selected. Select the Count Weekend Days check box if you want to include Saturday and Sunday in the adjustment. |
| Count Holidays | This option is available only when an interval type of Days is selected. Select the Count Holidays check box if you want to include holidays in the adjustment. |
